The service

ManyTek Workforce Cloud is a governed workforce platform. It records identity, evidence, capability conclusions, opportunity applications, institutional coordination, community posts, and optional AI recommendations (Sophia).

The platform does not guarantee employment, placement, immigration outcomes, or certification by a government or standards body. Capability labels are governed product records, not scores or rankings.

Accounts and authority

You must provide accurate account details and keep credentials under your control. Privileged roles are assigned by administrators or the Invitation Service. You cannot self-assign Founder, operator, verifier, or other invitation-only roles from signup.

Multi-factor authentication enrollment is available to every signed-in user. Hard MFA enforcement for privileged roles is a host flag (MFA_ENFORCEMENT_ENABLED) and may be turned on after authenticator enrollment.

Evidence, capability, and decisions

Evidence submissions follow a review path. Operators do not self-verify. Verifiers and assessors write capability conclusions. Sophia may recommend; a governed human or authoritative source makes certification decisions.

Workforce Passports and identity links are systems of record. They are not overwritten in place. Corrections and deletions are handled through governed requests, not silent edits.

Employer access

Employers do not receive unrestricted search of Passports (REL-9 remains closed). Access to verified capability labels is purpose-bound: either a voluntary application disclosure or a time-limited consent grant that you can revoke.

Marketplace

Marketplace listings are a governed catalog. The live commercial path is an enrollment request. Approval records an entitlement note only: it does not elevate your role, mint a Passport, or charge a card. Card payments are off until a Founder price book and Stripe keys are configured.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass row-level security, impersonate another person, upload malware, scrape other participants, or use the service to discriminate unlawfully. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform or put other users at risk.

International use and changes

The service may be used internationally. You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to you. We may update these operating terms as the product changes; the in-force date is shown on this page. Material changes will be reflected here.

These notices describe how the live product operates. They are not a substitute for a separately executed enterprise contract. Counsel-drafted instruments may supplement this page.
