Live, Pilot, Validation and Planned
How Workforce Cloud labels marketed capabilities so visitors can tell what is operating, what is under test, and what remains intended architecture.
Public claims about Workforce Cloud must match operating reality. That is why marketed capabilities carry one of four labels.
- Live — verified current capability available in the operating pathway described.
- Pilot — controlled participation with known limits.
- Validation — under acceptance or structured review before broader release.
- Planned — intended architecture; not represented as operational.
Examples on this site
Account and onboarding is labeled Live/Pilot. Workforce Passport is Validation. Institutional workspaces, consent-bound sharing and institutional reporting remain Planned until independently verified.
If a page cannot state a status honestly, the capability should not be marketed as ready.
