ManyTek Workforce Cloud is built around a simple rule: capability conclusions require evidence. Self-reported statements can enter the system as claims, but they do not become defended capability on their own.
Inference tools, including AI assistants, may recommend next steps. They do not authorize outcomes. Humans decide within role, tenant and purpose boundaries.
What this means in practice
- Claims stay at their declared state until evidence and review support a change.
- ManyTek Verified is earned through governed review, not asserted at intake.
- Employers and institutions should receive only purpose-limited projections when sharing is authorized.
This doctrine is how we keep the public site aligned with the live platform: describe verified current capability as fact, controlled testing as Pilot or Validation, and intended architecture as Planned.
